The Electrical Engineering Technology A.A.S. curriculum provides the technical depth, breadth, and general education for a career in electronics design, manufacturing, sales, or service. Individual attention and extensive hands-on laboratory experience provide a balance of the practical and theoretical aspects of electronics.
Accreditation
The Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology-Electronics program is accredited by the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission (ETAC) of ABET (http://www.abet.org), under the General and the Program Criteria for Used Program Criteria Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology and similarly named programs.
The Electrical Engineering Technology graduate will be ready to enter the workforce or transfer to the junior year of a Bachelor of Engineering Technology program.
The Electronics Technology Certificate curriculum is designed to provide you the technical breadth and general education needed to support a career in the dynamic field of electronics. You will spend considerable classroom and lab hours learning how to analyze and design a wide variety of electronics circuits and systems.
